Position Overview The Restaurant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring excellence in both the front and back of house. You’ll lead and inspire a high-performing team focused on outstanding food quality, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction. From managing restaurant inventory and maintaining financial records to fostering a culture of teamwork and professionalism, you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional dining experience. Key Responsibilities Direct and motivate the team to provide superior guest service. Manage all restaurant operations, including equipment start-up/shut-down and inventory control. Oversee financial processes, including basic accounting tasks and cost management. Promote a safe, productive work environment centered on collaboration and growth. Proactively handle conflicts and ensure a smooth-running front of house.
