Job Description:

our skilled Food & Beverage Operations team. At Marriott, we are

IV will handle all aspects of kitchen operations under direction
and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences. Prepare
high-quality dishes that follow the preset menus and level
standards of the establishment Collaborate with the culinary team
to plan and develop recipes and menus Ensure cleanliness and
sanitation of the kitchen according to health and safety standards
Manage kitchen inventory and procure ingredients as needed Train
and mentor junior kitchen staff and oversee their work Adhere to
cost control guidelines for ingredients and kitchen supplies
Monitor the upkeep of kitchen tools and machinery Advanced culinary
knowledge and skills Proficiency in various cooking techniques and
equipment Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to
thrive in a high-pressure environment Time management and
organizational skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
