In this role, you will be pivotal in providing personalized service and a unique experience for our club-level guests. You will leverage your hospitality skills to anticipate guest needs, deliver timely solutions, and enhance guest stay, ensuring a top-tier experience that aligns with Marriott’s tradition of outstanding service and hospitality. Greeting club level guests upon arrival and providing a personalized check-in experience Assisting guests with reservations, travel arrangements, and providing information about local attractions Managing and resolving all guest inquiries or issues promptly Collaborating with hotel staff to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction Maintaining detailed knowledge of the hotel’s services, amenities, and special events Offering a warm, personal farewell to guests as they depart Updating guest preferences and feedback in the hotel management system to ensure customized service in future interactions Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification from a recognized hospitality training program is a plus First Aid and CPR certification may be advantageous
