Job Description:

Technical Recruiter Responsible for the entire recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing and screening candidates, compensation negotiations, and deployment of resources for contract and direct hire opportunities. The position is in Franklin, TN and will have access to work onsite at our shared office space as well as remotely. Primary Responsibilities * Source candidates through internal database, job boards, social networking sites and general networking * Screen and interview candidates * Manage and negotiate candidate job offers, including salary and compensation * Facilitate onboarding and deployment process of consultants * Support consultants on an on-going basis; maintain relationships with candidates proactively * Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, standards, and regulations Secondary Responsibilities * Maintain, organize, and update internal recruiting database * Provide regular updates and feedback to management to ensure consistency and quality of work Requirements * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task * Strong organizational and follow-through skills * Ability to learn new systems quickly * Demonstrate the ability to understand technical job descriptions * High attention to detail and the ability to work independently * Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Experience and Education * Bachelor's degree * At least one year of hands-on recruiting experience * 1-3 years of experience within business development or 3rd party staffing preferred
