We are looking for a Talent & Culture Coordinator to partner with the team and help execute our employee initiatives and programs.The ideal candidate is highly motivated with a positive attitude, client service mindset and exhibits patience, teamwork, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence.In this role, you can expect to: Provides support to the Talent & Culture team in a fast-paced work environment.Partner closely with colleagues to ensure seamless, uniform, and positive candidate, onboarding, and ongoing employee experience.Drive idea generation and execution to enhance our employee engagement experience.Lead local employee engagement, service awards and community eventsCoordinate key people processes across the company, including employee onboarding, benefits & perks, and trainings.Update employee data in HRIS (ADP).Research and answer colleague questions - be the primary point of contact for our colleagues.Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook and contribute to the development of policies and programs.Complete and respond to employment verification requests.Assist with the development of and provide reporting on people data.Own the office management duties for our TN based offices.Assist with Executive Meeting coordination from time to time.Other duties as assigned..

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required1-2 years of relevant experience Demonstrated interest in people operations, HR, and customer service.
