Health, we invite students who are enrolled in a bachelors program
in business administration, communications or marketing to become a
part of our team through our Internship Program. We are looking for
motivated students that want to learn, observe and study under the
supervision of experienced HR personnel. If selected, Interns will
work in our Franklin Corporate Office. Due to the large number of
applicants, we are unable to provide status updates on individual
applications. All selected applicants will be contacted via email
regarding their application . Interns must be receiving school

Below, we have provided a high level view of what the role entails,

- Updating HRIS System by inputting new employee contact
information and employment details.
- Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to
identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
- Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Assisting in the planning of company events.
- Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to
- Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee
benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Working on various projects in systems including but not
limited to Excel, Powerpoint, Word, and Interact. Education
