Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Recruiter - Global Supply Chain

2-3 years min. experience with a strong recruiting background, preferably in with placements in a manufacturing environment.
Will place some entry to mid level roles such as Customer Service Reps and Manufacturing supervisors for example.
Seeking a diverse candidate who is good at connecting with hiring managers at all levels of the organization and providing guidance and constructive feedback as needed.
Experience with a iCIMS a plus.
A team player who can jump in and get to work with little hand holding, he/she can run a full cycle desk of recruiting while meeting company set KPI metrics.
Managing a heavy req. load in support of various manufacturing plants.
Customer First! - Relationship Management (Business unit stakeholders, HRBP's, Candidates)
- Consult with and support hiring managers as a talent advisor: help to identify talent needs & continue to build out the professional recruitment hiring strategy
- Partner with key stakeholders to attract and retain diverse talent
- Build strong business partnerships with HRBP's, influence & convince on talent and market related matters
- Prove and deliver a seamless experience for all stakeholders and to take advantage of partnership strategy
- Act as a client brand ambassador to both internal and external candidates and stakeholders Act like an owner!
- Consult with and recommend professional recruitment strategy reflective of talent needs
- Own your space! (strive to delight your customers by being forward thinking and agile)
- Continuously grow a pipeline of diverse candidates through various means of sourcing, networking, and partnering
- Regularly track, recommend and drive pipeline activity and improvements, share results with internal stakeholders
- Continuously challenge yourself and the "status quo" when identifying and securing top talent
- Utilize job market intelligence and data to influence & convince stakeholders Dare to Disrupt!
- As a Recruiter, you are passionate about the TA space
- Continually update your business acumen, seeking out regular customer cadence and willingness to learn
- Continue to upskill yourself on emerging trends in the professional recruitment space, not afraid of finding innovative ways of doing things
