other. We are looking for a dynamic People Operations Manager to
serve as our first dedicated People team member. You will lead our
People initiatives and programs across our growing organization.
Reporting to the CEO, you will serve as a key stakeholder to ensure
an optimal employee experience from pre-employment through
offboarding. What You’ll Do: Apply your HR knowledge and expertise
to contribute to the strategy and execution of our People
initiatives, suggesting improvements and committing to action Serve
as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on a wide range of
HR-related matters, providing coaching and support as needed
Develop and manage our people programs, policies, and initiatives,
including performance management, recruiting, employee
engagement/surveys, training, and compliance initiatives Provide
outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring
proper engagement, speed, accuracy, and confidentiality Act as a
champion for our company culture, promoting our values and
fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace environment Who You
Are: An ambitious and autonomous People Ops / HR professional with
7 years of progressive experience A thoughtful leader, dynamic
communicator, and analytical operator with a strong business mind
who looks for ways to “work smarter” An effective collaborator who
knows how to respectfully drive towards action and align others to
new ideas and approaches Someone who is ready to step into a newly
created role and show the team how HR initiatives can drive
business forward What You’ll Need: 7 years of People Operations /
HR experience, including hands-on People program design and
execution experience Experience working with a growing professional
/ technology workforce; experience working within an
investor-backed company is preferred Passion for empowering an
engaged workforce to excel through strategic People Ops initiatives
Expertise with various HR technologies and systems Ability to work
in our Brentwood, TN office 4 days / week What You’ll Enjoy:
