Job Description:

As a Software Engineer 3, you will be running point on projects and influencing the team on coding best practices, while engaging our customers to ensure we are producing top quality product that meets their needs. This role is specifically focused on creating customer integrations and scalable data reporting platforms. We use AWS cloud-based services, Ruby and Java, to streamline the ability for customers to access our product and see the impact it's having!
Team You'll Grow With- 200 person engineering team, including one engineer and the QA team you will be working with daily.

Connecting with customers to ensure our product is meeting their needs
Collaborating with technical and non-technical team members to solve problems and create sustainable technical solutions
Navigating through the benefits, trade-offs, value, and risks of technology decisions
Practicing test-driven development, and creating documentation that drives clarity and simplicity
Contributing to the technical growth of the other developer on the team
Skills Needed to Win:
- 4+ years of experience in serverless or API service development with Ruby, Python, Java or C#/.Net frameworks.
- Experience building applications or services that scale and in accordance with industry best practices; a strong design mindset that helps you quickly build durable systems with quality
- Dedication to excellent communication across teams and with customers; understanding how to communicate clearly and in the language of the listener
- Ability to maintain a high standard of excellence, coupled with an accessibility and humility that make it easy for others to work with you and learn from you
- Experience with Agile product development (Scrum or Kanban preferred)
