Auria is looking to hire a Scrum Master/Verification Analyst (Level 4) to support activities associated with missile defense, including Command, Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC). Work location is in Huntsville, AL.

Responsibilities:

The selected Senior Principal Scrum Master/Verification Analyst will be responsible for Scrum Master duties and Agile coaching for the Command and Control for Ballistic Missile Defense (C2BMC) Track Server SW Development team. The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and collaborative/team settings across all levels. Limited travel may be required.

• Lead and mentor the teams on Agile process and practices and coordinate with them and the Product Owner
• Interface with customers and use oral and written skills to develop great working relationships with stakeholders and team members
• Manage software requirements verification for the Track Server product team Minimum Requirements:
  • Applicants must have a current active in-scope U.S. Government DoD issued Secret security clearance which is required to start.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline preferred from an accredited university and 9 years of related experience, or a Master's Degree in a STEM discipline and 7 years of related experience, or 4 years of experience with a PhD, or 13 years of experience in lieu of the degree.
  • Previous experience in a Scrum Master role.
  • Basic scripting knowledge (Python, shell, VBA, etc.) and understanding of HTML.
  • Good understanding of Systems Engineering, SW Development and Verification cycles.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 10% to support business needs. Preferred Requirements:
    • Working knowledge of Ballistic Missile Defense concepts and Command and Control systems.
    • Experience with Agile development tools such as JIRA, Agility (Version One) or other Agile management tools.
    • Experience in decomposing (or assisting in decomposing) Agile features to user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
    • DoD 8570 IATII Certification (Sec+ or equivalent).
    • A current active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance. Salary Range: $123,550 - $140,000
