Job Description:
Williamson Health and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated
Tech Assist to support our dynamic health services team. This role
is integral in managing and troubleshooting our healthcare
technology systems to ensure operational efficiency and security.
The ideal candidate will provide technical support across our
healthcare facilities, assisting both staff and patients in
navigating complex systems, enhancing overall patient care through
innovative technology solutions. Provide first-level support to
health facility systems, addressing staff and patient issues
promptly. Manage daily operation of clinical systems, ensuring all
components are running within the specified parameters. Assist in
the implementation of software updates and installation of new
systems. Conduct regular system backups and ensure data
confidentiality and integrity. Train staff on new technologies and
systems. Prepare reports on technology use and system performance.
Proficiency in healthcare management software Familiarity with
electronic medical records (EMR) systems Strong problem-solving
skills Excellent communication and training capabilities Knowledge
of data privacy practices and laws Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance CompTIA IT Fundamentals Certified
Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) (preferred)
Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS)
certification (a plus)
