Job Description:
Position: Cloud Engineer I Monogram Health is seeking a Cloud
Engineer for a full-time role in Brentwood, TN. The Cloud Engineer
will work closely with internal and external team members, Network
Engineers, and Technical Services leadership, supporting and
monitoring internal and client-facing technology systems. This role
requires hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (primary), as
well as exposure to AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The Cloud
Engineer will provision, manage, monitor, and decommission cloud
services, and support cloud-based servers and Active
Directory/EntraID. This is an opportunity for someone passionate
about cloud and infrastructure technologies, eager to work in a

team. Responsibilities Monitor, support, and enhance the security
of current and future cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) Evaluate
and automate scaling and capacity requirements within multi-cloud
environments Troubleshoot and resolve environment performance,
connectivity, and security issues across Azure, AWS, and GCP
Provide escalated support to end users and service desk technicians
Implement new cloud environments and technologies Work with teams
to integrate infrastructure components into processes and
procedures Availability to work night and weekend hours on occasion
as required Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer
science, information technology, or related field, or minimum of
three (3) years’ experience supporting, implementing, monitoring,
and maintaining enterprise information technology systems in Azure
(Microsoft ecosystem). Knowledge of backup, restore, recovery, and
high availability strategies for cloud environments Ability to
identify and troubleshoot server and database resource issues (CPU,
memory, I/O, disk space) Understanding of complex Active Directory,
Azure AD, LDAP, and adherence to standards and procedures Advanced
knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Kerberos, and Windows Authentication
Familiarity with network protocols (DNS, SMTP, SNMP, SSH, SFTP) and
TCP/IP routing/subnetting Working knowledge of VPN connectivity and
client troubleshooting PowerShell skills AWS and GCP experience
preferred Knowledge of Cisco Meraki network equipment/IOS preferred
Certification(s) related to the cloud environment preferred (e.g.,
AZ-900 or higher, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Google
