a hybrid working environment. Your future duties and
responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of
cloud-based data and analytics solutions, including data pipelines,
data models, and reporting/analytics structures. - Lead the overall
Reporting and Data strategy, providing oversight across enterprise
analytics, executive reporting, and operational insights to align
with business objectives. - Drive broader analytics enablement
efforts, overseeing dashboard development, semantic modeling, and
self-service capabilities (Power BI, Tableau), ensuring reports are
intuitive, performant, and built on trusted, well-governed data
sources. - Support the development of scalable cloud data
architectures, leveraging modern data warehouses and cloud
ecosystem tools (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure), and guiding data
modeling and pipeline standards that enable high-quality,
enterprise-wide reporting and analytics. - Partner with business
and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into sound
technical solutions. - Promote best practices in data engineering,
including code quality, version control, testing, and
documentation. - Mentor junior team members and help guide the
technical direction of data engineering efforts. - Assist with
estimating effort, planning work, and ensuring timely delivery of
project components. Required qualifications to be successful in
this role: . Demonstrated ability to recognize business needs,
analyze requests, and recommend solid technical solutions Lead a
team of 3 to 10 technical consultants . Manage expectations with
your team and with technical and business stakeholders . Mentor and
grow the next round of leaders on your team . Manage scope,
timeline, and project deliverables to ensure successful delivery of
projects with firm timelines . Excellent verbal and written
communication skills and the ability to build and maintain trusted
relationships with a diverse group of clients, team members,
managers, and domain experts . Proven analytical and
problem-solving skills, and steadfast attention to detail .
Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end reporting and
analytics solutions, including business requirements gathering, KPI
definition, data modeling for BI, dashboard development, and data
integration to support enterprise reporting needs . Hands-on
experience with cloud-based data and analytics platforms (e.g.,
AWS, Azure, Snowflake), including enabling scalable data pipelines
and governed datasets that support Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI
tools . BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Management or Computer
Information Systems (MIS or CIS) or related degree required
OPTIONAL: Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required .
Experience with modern data workflow/orchestration tools,
cloud-native services, or contemporary ELT approaches. . Exposure
to data governance, data quality, or metadata management processes.
. Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (e.g.,
Python, Pyspark). . Experience with AI-based architecture patterns.
This position is located in Nashville, TN in a hybrid working
environment. CGI anticipates accepting applications through March
31, 2026. Other Information: CGI is required by law in some
jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation
range for this role. The determination of this range includes
various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience,
relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the
ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does
not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their
role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and
circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current
range for this role in the U.S. is $89,600.00 - $198,400.00. CGI's
