Job Description:
Infosys is seeking for a Test Lead with Digital & ECOM testing
experience. As a QA Lead, you will act as a validation and quality
assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems.
You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy &
design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will

valued Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign
equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also
consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in
lieu of every year of education. 4 years of Information Technology
experience Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the

this role at this time. Candidate must be located within commuting
distance of Brentwood, TN or be willing to relocate to the area.
This position has to travel to office all 5 days. Good
understanding of the Software Test life cycle activities through
practice in multiple Projects. Analytical and good Communication
skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for
onsite client interaction Preferred Qualifications: Practical
experience using GitHub Copilot and/or OpenAI-based QA tools.
Strong knowledge of ST/SIT/UAT cycles and Agile/Scrum delivery
methodologies. Experience with automation tools such as Selenium
and Playwright Python and Appium. Strong analytical and
problem?solving skills. Key Responsibilities 1.Test Planning &
Leadership Strong Retail Domain knowledge particularly in Digital
and ECOM testing Lead testing phases including ST, SIT, UAT,
Regression, and Production Validation. Prepare Test Plans, Test
Strategy, scope, effort estimates, and resource plans. Conduct
daily QA stand?ups, defect triage meetings, and stakeholder
reviews. Coordinate test execution between onsite and offshore
teams. 2. AI?Powered Testing (GitHub Copilot & OpenAI Tools) Use
GitHub Copilot to accelerate creation of test scripts, test
scenarios, and test data. Utilize OpenAI tools for requirement
analysis, defect clustering, regression suite optimization, and
automation acceleration. Identify opportunities to automate
repetitive QA tasks using AI?powered solutions. Train and mentor
the QA team in adopting AI-driven testing practices. 3. Test Design
& Execution Review and validate end?to?end test scenarios across
functional, integration, and regression cycles. Execute hands?on
testing as required and ensure best practices across the team.
Maintain full traceability from requirements to test cases and
defects. Drive early issue detection through systematic and
exploratory testing. 4. Test Automation Lead AI-supported test
automation initiatives using GitHub Copilot and OpenAI. Collaborate
with automation teams to enhance frameworks and integrate scripts
into CI/CD pipelines. Manage automation repositories via GitHub and
ensure quality through code reviews. 5. Stakeholder & Team
Management Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts,
Architects, and Development Leads. Communicate risks, progress, and
mitigation actions clearly to all stakeholders. Support offshore
team coordination, onboarding, and productivity governance. Along
