Vice President of IT - Home Health and Hospice Location: Boise, ID | Nashville, TN | Salt Lake City, UT Industry: Home Health, Hospice, Senior Living Compensation: Competitive executive compensation package including base and bonus opportunity Overview A rapidly growing healthcare services organization is seeking a Vice President of IT to lead the strategy, modernization, and performance of its enterprise technology environment. This role will oversee cloud infrastructure, networking, unified communications, and end-user systems across a distributed national platform. The VP will play a key role in scaling infrastructure capabilities to support continued growth while ensuring secure, resilient, and high-performing systems. This position is ideal for a strategic technology leader who enjoys building teams, modernizing platforms, and supporting a high-growth healthcare organization. Key Responsibilities Lead the organization’s multi-year IT infrastructure strategy and modernization initiatives Oversee cloud platforms, networking, identity systems, unified communications, and enterprise infrastructur Ensure reliability, performance, and security of infrastructure across a distributed environment Drive operational excellence across incident management, change management, disaster recovery, and automation Manage infrastructure budgets, vendor partnerships, and cloud cost optimization Lead and mentor directors, managers, and technical infrastructure teams Support continued organizational growth by scaling infrastructure to meet expanding operational needs Qualifications 12 years of IT experience with at least 7 years in senior infrastructure leadership roles Experience managing large, distributed enterprise infrastructure environments Strong expertise across cloud platforms, networking architecture, identity systems, and infrastructure operations Proven experience leading infrastructure transformation or modernization initiatives Strong executive communication skills and financial management capabilities Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing technical teams Why Apply?
