We are looking for an experienced, results-driven, rising star to join our fast-moving legal team. The ideal candidate thrives on people, relationships, and helping others in need of legal services.--We are a small law firm with a huge impact on our communities, helping our neighbors with criminal defense, DUI, and traffic matters.

Responsibilities:

--- Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions during legal proceedings
--- Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies
--- Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions
--- Passion for lawyering and being in the courtroom making a difference
--- Honesty is critical and good ethical character is essential
--- Love connecting with people

--- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
--- Admitted to practice law in Tennessee
--- General or criminal law experience is a plus
--- Experience in other law firms or government legal departments is a plus
--- At least 3 years of criminal law experience preferred
