Job Description Job Description About Wingz - We are U.S.-based rideshare platform focused on pre-scheduled transportation services , specifically non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) . Connecting members (Mostly ambulatory patients and healthcare plan members) with drivers who use their own vehicles to provide scheduled rides, not on-demand like other rideshare platforms Wingz is actively onboarding NEMT drivers in Sumner County TN and nearby areas. We’re looking for compassionate, reliable drivers who use their own vehicles and are interested in flexible, independent-contractor work supporting their local community. The Wingz Advantage Pre-scheduled trips only — you plan, choose when and which trips you accept. Up-front pricing — you know what you’ll earn before accepting a ride. Maximize your earnings - Our Route Building and Dispatch Team Recommendation programs, helps us to align with how much drivers look forward to earning weekly (location and driver schedule based) Standing orders and repeat riders - Typically goes 3days a week at the same time Minimum Trips average $20–$25, with weekly earnings ranging $500-$1800 Independent contractor (1099 role) Driver Requirements Must be 25 years or older Must have a valid driver’s license issued in TN or it’s Bordering State Authorized to work in the U.S. Clean Background and driving history - Applicants w/ prior convictions need not apply Must pass all required online NEMT Courses/Modules English proficiency is preferred - Drivers need to be able to speak, understand and communicate with passengers Vehicle Requirements Vehicle must be 2010 model or newer for NEMT markets like TN (may vary) Must pass Vehicle Inspection - Safety Items Required in some regions Updated Vehicle Registration under Driver’s name (Lease Agreement required if not under drivers name) Personal auto insurance with rideshare activity is preferred Accepted: Mid to full-size or luxury sedans, SUVs, minivans and pickup trucks with normal ground clearance Background & Screening Comprehensive Statewide Background and DMV record checks are required Drug screening and additional alcohol tests may be required in some regions Onboarding Process Apply online and complete your profile - Copy and paste link on your browser-> tn.wingz.com Upload vehicle and personal documents.
