Job Description:
Job Description REQUIRED: No OT- the providers will not be
working overtime. The holiday rate is an additional $125/hr.
REQUIRED: Please be clear in your submission what the candidate can

in based on the options provided in the JD. REQUIRED: PLEASE MAKE
CLEAR IN YOUR SUB WHAT LOCATIONS THEY WILL WORK AT BASED ON CURRENT
LICENSING STATUS AND WHICH LOCATIONS THEY ARE WILLING TO LICENSE
FOR REQUIRED: For ALL candidates: please review the performance
expectations and communicate this with every provider. It will be
the recruiter's responsibility to make sure this is known:
Radiologists will now be monitored for productivity during their
shifts. If a provider falls below NLMM’s required production
standards, they will receive a 15-day notice of cancellation.
During this period, they will continue working and will complete
their NLMM contract at the end of 15 days. However, if their
performance improves within those 15 days, the contract may be
reinstated, allowing them to continue with NLMM.? Expectations: 70~
wRVUs per shift REQUIRED: All NLMM remote jobs have the same wRVU
structure. Make sure to communicate the base pay plus the
additional per wRVU to your providers. NLMM will not accept any
other pay structure. Please note, RVUs are different from wRVUs.
Radiologists will be familiar with the differences. REQUIRED: For
onsite jobs: all jobs onsite are all inclusive, with no exceptions.
REQUIRED: Modality Checklist, found in documents, must be filled
out and included with submission REQUIRED: All providers must work
a MINIMUM of 40 hours a month, remote or onsite. This requirement
must be maintained throughout the contract for the provider to
continue working and maintain a workstation. REQUIRED: Providers
must continuously have 3 months' worth of shifts scheduled with the
client throughout the contract. Please discuss with the AM if there
is a requested exception to this before submission. REQUIRED: All
candidates who work for this client must be credentialed at a
MINIMUM of two of their facilities. Onsite candidates are exempt
from this requirement but is still requested. This is for a mammo
rad who can also read general exams and ideally MSK and Neuro as
well (SUB IF YOUR PROVIDER CAN READ ONLY MAMMO AND GENERAL- JUST
MAKE IT VERY CLEAR IN THE SUB IF THEY CANNOT READ MSK AND NEURO)
Modalities: XR, CT, MR, US, Fluro Sub speciality case mix: MSK,
mammo screens neuro, mammo diag procedures Start Date: asap Shift
Details: 8A-4P shifts Volume: 90-100 per 8 hour shift wRVUs: 70 per
8 hour shift Contract Length: Ongoing Amount of coverage needed per
month: Full-time Requirements: Rads have to read all modalities.
Board Certification: Required Credentialing time frame: 30-60 days
Willing To License: Client will license if the candidate already
has a license that can be used for at least one of their other
facilities. Interview process: Name clear with NPI. Will offer
based on CV and completed modality checklist. PLEASE ASK WHAT THE
CANDIDATE NEEDS TO ACCEPT AN OFFER, AN INTERVIEW IS NOT
PREFERRED.
