coordinate across multiple organizations, relationship-building
skills to navigate diverse stakeholder groups including OEMs,
third-party service providers, operations teams, and delivery
partners, and the ability to drive crisp decisions in ambiguous
environments. You'll own strategic initiatives that directly impact
fleet availability, delivery performance, and partner satisfaction
as we deploy thousands of electric vehicles annually. Key job

programs, ensuring successful delivery. • Develop and refine
program strategies, effectively leading and motivating teams. • Set

problem-solving skills. • Foster collaboration with internal and
external partners to optimize resource allocation and project
success. • Evaluate and prioritize projects in conjunction with
customer needs and technical team inputs. • Bridge gaps in team
dynamics, processes, and systems, preventing common project
pitfalls. • Identify and mitigate risks, preventing them from
escalating into major issues. • Regularly communicate with senior
managers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to support key
business initiatives. • Develop, implement, and oversee KPI
reporting for a program portfolio, ensuring clear visibility of
milestones and project performance. • Manage and communicate
project budgets effectively. A day in the life Your day will be a
dynamic blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution. You'll
analyze vehicle availability trends to identify emerging issues,
coordinate with OEM partners to resolve service bottlenecks, and
facilitate cross-functional discussions to align on launch
readiness criteria. You'll work with operations leaders to
understand partner pain points, and build executive narratives that
secure resources for critical initiatives. Expect to manage
multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining focus on
delivering measurable improvements in vehicle operational readiness
and partner satisfaction. About the team The EV In-Life Services
