Manager - JLL What this job involves - The Regional Facility
Manager is a key leader on the account team responsible for
ensuring excellent Facility Management Operations across assigned
client sites. This individual will ensure all contract deliverables
are met or exceeded, including operational up time, cost savings
initiatives, service delivery and introduction of best practices
and continuous innovations/improvements. Successfully interface
with multiple stakeholders with varying/unique needs and must be
able to flex based on the specific situation. This position
requires the ability to proactively and independently identify
problems and deliver thoughtful and comprehensive end to end
solutions that are tailored to the needs of the customer. This
position will drive superior performance through excellent people
management and will report to the Sr. Director of Facilities
Management. What your day-to-day will look like: Maintain excellent
client relationships and ensure high client, customer, and user
satisfaction with services provided, measured through monthly SLAs,
quarterly KPIs and satisfaction surveys. Drive superior performance
through excellent people management. Drive high employee engagement
through career development, training and coaching, while
appropriately managing all performance or employee issues. Fully
support and promote diverse and inclusive teams. Create and deliver
onsite operational budgets, including delivering contractual
savings targets, measured by achieving annual budget targets, and
monthly/quarterly budget adherence targets as prescribed. Must lead
by example and set “safety first” work environment and culture
Ensure understanding of scope, service level, and other contract
requirements across the sites Achieve contractual requirements and
overall account annual goals including but not limited to work
order management metrics and all contractual KPI goals. Ensure
accuracy of operational data reported and comprehensive SOP
documentation storage in CMMS or other systems for purpose of
delivering accurate KPI results. Engage with team members to drive
savings initiatives and ensure baseline adjustment and savings
trackers are updated with all proper documentation. Ensure
effective integration of FM Operations across all sites to ensure
seamless and consistent delivery to the client and drive a one-team
mentality. Support operational audits and compliance programs to
ensure execution and accurate results in collaboration with the
Director of Engineering. Support portfolio growth opportunities by
performing site visits, data gathering, analysis and developing
business models as needed. Lead and/or support transition
activities to incorporate new entities and sites. Responsible for
timely and effective communication to client and account
leadership; proactively escalating issues with recommended
solutions. Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: 8
years Facility Management experience with a variety of facilities;
multiple site experience required Proven ability to develop
trusting relationships with various client levels Proven leader
with experience managing large teams and delivering exceptional
results. Strong people management skills are required, with a
history of high employee engagement and ability to coach/develop
talent Ability to drive execution of operational and project
budgets and implement savings initiatives across the region Strong
technical skills and experience, related to all building
infrastructure equipment Superior organizational and communication
skills; must effectively connect with the client and the JLL team
which are geographically dispersed Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree desired. Facility Management or related degree
preferred. Experience working for or with an IFM provider Location
: Nashville, TN ( Estimated travel 30-40% within the state of
Tennessee; this is a hybrid position and includes a combination of
working remote and onsite at client sites) This position does not
