Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and excellent teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production Associate Machine Operator Location: Haleyville, AL Pay Range: $17.50/hour Shift: Monday - Friday 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM (some overtime may be required at times) What's the Job? Operate machinery required for specific production tasks in a safe and efficient manner, including training new and existing operators. Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met, monitoring for consistency. Perform measurements and weight checks to maintain product specifications. Assemble products according to instructions, focusing on quality and safety. Practice Masonite Lean Manufacturing Techniques including 5S1 to optimize workflow and safety. What's Needed? Basic reading and writing skills. Ability to add, subtract, and interpret measurements accurately. High level of dexterity and manual skills. Ability to work well as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision. Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform repetitive tasks including standing for long hours, bending, and twisting. What's in it for me?
