Previous experience in a call center or making outbound calls is ideal. Pay: $18.00/HrSchedule / Hours: Monday-Friday Status:--8:30am-5pm Location: Brentwood, Tennessee (Cool Springs area)Effective Date / Tentative Start Date: Interviewing Immediately Position Summary:* This position will be working within the Medical Chart Retrieval Department and will be responsible for making outbound calls to collect charts for the Affordable Care Act and Medicare purposes.* The person will be making approximately 40 outbound calls a day to healthcare providers and hospitals that this company works with. * The calls are requesting that the healthcare facility send in patient charts for the insurance companies to review.
