Job Description:

CRITICAL TASKS* Manage and maintain recruitment vendor contracts (with the assistance of the Director of Operations)* Measure the effectiveness of our recruitment vendor contracts on a monthly basis* Develop and perform effective recruitment strategies in order to maintain a consistent pool of available candidates per location* Develop and host monthly recruiting calls* Assist Human Resources, as needed, to fill internal staff positions* Possess knowledge and understanding of all divisions and services of Hamilton-Ryker* Conduct him- or herself and lead others in an ethical manner, at all times adhering to the policies and procedures as documented in the Standard Operations Manual.Other Responsibilities* Must be willing and able to work flexible hours, and be on call when necessary.* Must be willing and able to perform all tasks as described in the Risk Management system.* Must be willing and able to travel to client facilities, Company offices, and vendor facilities.CORE BACKGROUNDEducation & Experience* Four-year college degree or four years related training and work experience.* Travel requirements: 25%-50% travel, depending on business needs* Experience recruiting from multiple job boards, utilizing different recruitment techniques* Experience posting on multiple job boards and measuring their effectiveness* Staffing Industry is preferred* Bilingual abilities are a plus
