We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join our team- this position will work fully remote and can be located in any city or state. The Business Operations Analyst will work with all products and markets across PopHealthCare and report directly to the Manager of Business Operations Analysts. As part of the Business Operations Analysts team, you will leverage your skills and have the ability to:Use SQL to extract and analyze dataPerform ad-hoc data analysis and present resultsUse PowerBI to develop "self-service" reportingMultitask and work independently and as part of a teamDemonstrate excellent communication, organization, and problem-solvingAdapt to change in a fast-paced environmentJoin a cross-functional focused team with many opportunities for cross-training and skill/career developmentKey Responsibilities:Extract and analyze data to find trends, issues, and provide guidance for business decisionsUtilize PowerBI, Excel, and PowerPoint to organize and present dataCreate both ad-hoc and re-occurring reports of varying frequencies (i.e. daily, weekly, monthly)Assists with requirements for developing automation and reporting processes, including testing and providing feedback to launch a processWorks with various data-focused areas to implement reports, analysis, automation of files, etc.Reviews existing operational and financial reports tracking progress on project improvements or valuation of the product lineDevelops processes to improve or establish operational excellenceDevelops job aids and process documentation for newly developed or current processesCommunicates and collaborates with team members to evaluate errors/issues, using clear, simple language to ensure understandingPerforms quality control and analysis on automation and reporting activities to ensure accuracyQualificationsBachelor's Degree5 years experience in reporting and analyticsProficiency in SQL Server and using SQL code to extract dataProficiency in MS Excel to include basic VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and basic formulasProficiency in other MS Office products, such as PowerPoint and WordAbility to map out processes for documentationAbility to manage or facilitate meetings with attendees from varying business functional areasAbility to speak to varying levels of an organizationAbility to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)High degree of accuracy, and attention to detailDesire to learn new skills or conceptsStrong organizational skillsAbility to quickly adapt to a changing environmentMust possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with others in a positive manner in both written and verbal communicationExcellent problem solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively, and prioritize tasks within the workloadPreferred Qualifications:Experience developing PowerBI dashboardsPrevious work experience in a fast-paced environment requiring strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skillsMedical terminology acumen and experience Familiarity with in-home and risk adjustment programs and the healthcare industry PopHealthCare is an equal opportunity/equal access employer fully committed to achieving a diverse workforce.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Videos To Watch
