Community Health Systems is a leading operator of general acute care hospitals and outpatient care centers in communities across the United States. CHS affiliates own, lease or operate 83 affiliated hospitals in 16 states with an aggregate of approximately 13,000 licensed beds. Healthcare services are also provided in more than 1,000 outpatient sites of care including affiliated physician practices, urgent care centers, freestanding emergency departments, imaging centers, cancer centers, and ambulatory surgery centers.

CHSPSC, LLC seeks a Facilities Clerk for its Franklin, TN Corporate Building with the Corporate Office Services team.

Summary: Receive all incoming mail/packages and sort accordingly. Process all orders with a purchase order worksheet. Fill in for front desk receptionist during lunch, breaks, and vacations. Escort corporate vendors. Help

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

* Sort mail and deliver to all departments (USPS, FedEx, UPS)
* Process outgoing USPS mail
* Escort corporate vendors.
* Fill in for front desk receptionist when necessary.
* Maintain stock of office supplies.
* Maintain inventory for all first aid kits.
* Maintain log of IT equipment received.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software and Database software.

Education/Experience:

* High School diploma required, Bachelors degree preferred
