If you have a positive, professional demeanor, this opportunity is perfect for you! The ideal candidate has previous experience as a medical scheduler or experience in a related position. Spanish a plus but successful candidate need not be bilingual. This is a 100% remote position. Must reside in Tennessee, Florida, or Illinois and work the CST zone.

salary: $18.5 - $18.5 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

education: High` School

Responsibilities

+ 2-3 years outbound call center experience (scheduling experience preferred) and /or customer service experience. Demonstrates positive customer service behaviors Inbound call center experience is a plus Ability to convey information to customers in a warm, clear, concise manner

+ 1 year direct sales experience, over the phone preferred

+ 1-2 years' experience of health care related work, sales preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Experience with insurance verification portals Experience with electronic medical records Preferred 50 WPM Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Ability to make 200+ calls per day

+ Spanish a plus but successful candidateneed not be bilingual
