As a Customer & Client Relations Representative, you will work with some of the best direct marketing and sales agents in the country to deliver high-value, long-term customers.

What Your Typical Day Will Look Like---

  • Manage customer's expectations throughout enrollment, demonstrations, and sales process
  • Direct the quality control team, ensuring orders are checked and of standard before their ship date
  • Work one on one with customers to engage new customers
  • Manage several customer accounts with the prime focus being on the technology and telecommunication industries
  • Responsible for on-time delivery to the customers
  • Manage CRM tech tools for customer information
  • Process, finalize, and print customer information
  • Maintaining all current customer accounts
  • Providing upgrades
  • Acquiring new customer accounts
  • Providing a high level of customer service
  • Handling conflict resolution
  • Work a F/T schedule - 42 hours a week - weekends required
    What Success Looks Like in This Role?
    • You should have a basic understanding of sales practices and proven experience reaching a sales quota
    • Having experience with meeting productivity standards and successful behaviors
    • Possessing strong verbal and written communication skills and feeling energized by conversations with others
    • Be comfortable spending your workday speaking with others
    • Own a consistent track record of success in B2B sales and/or selling to other salespeople
    • Having the desire to experience and learn about new products and industries
    • You are resourceful, take ownership, and have the ambition to succeed independently (extra points if you have a proven track record)
    • Be Knowledgeable or have familiarity with technical platforms like SaaS products (i.e Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.)
