Job DescriptionAnalyzes and approves claims that cannot be auto adjudicated. Verifies coverage, eligibility and plan benefits. Responsible for phone outreach when needed. Works in a team production environment. Can provide training on subject matter expert once applicable. Will adhere to production and quality established standards. Hybrid schedule 2 days in office required.Required Qualifications1 year claims experience in Medicare or Medicare supplement.
