Job Description:
The Client Services Executive serves as the point of contact to
assigned PHS clients. This position focuses on the strategic
partnership of the account, provides customer support, up-selling,
technical assistance and general relation management. This position
answers directly to the EVP of Client Services. Essential Job
FunctionsAssign to manage identified Clients of PHS based on
revenue generated Responsible for up-selling and expanding the
relationship between the client and PHS.Continually work alongside
assigned PHS Account Manager to assist in servicing
ClientsResponsible for coordination of all analysis request and
presenting resultsInvolved with internal PPO training
meetingsResponsible for ongoing communication with network
development staff to ensure Client expectations are metTravels up
to 50% of the time as directed and approved by the COO Bachelor's
Degree in Business Administration or related field of study from an
accredited college or university and 5-10 years of workers'
compensation, group health, or auto liability market experience3-5
years of PPO, Bill Review or Specialty Network experience is
preferredCompetenciesDetailed focused and the ability to multi-task
and adhere to established goalsAbility to work in a fast paced,
changing environment; flexible to meet business needsResults driven
team player Ability to maintain confidential information as
requiredExcellent communication skills (oral and written)Superb
organizational, problem solving, and time management skillsAbility

situationsPhysical RequirementsThe Client Services Executive is a
largely sedentary role, however while performing the duties of this
job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and is
frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger,
handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Some light lifting
may be required (i.e. the ability to lift files, open filing
cabinets and bending or standing on a stool as necessary). Who We
