Description/Responsibilities









Our Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for the achievement of company goals by growing sales of our WholeHealth Living clinical solutions to health plans. You will be responsible and accountable for developing sales pipeline, executing prospecting strategies, and closing new business opportunities.

  • Increase Tivity Health's visibility and presence in the health plan market by building high-level relationships with prospective clients and proactively targeting health plan clients to increase the number of opportunities in the pipeline.
  • Build and manage direct sales and business development strategy within the health plan market
  • Exceed health plan sales goals
  • Improve and refine processes to increase sales to health plans
  • Stay "up-to-date" as to changes to health plan marketplace including, but not limited to regulatory changes, business models, strategies and factors impacting market and health plan completeness.
  • Ensuring CRM database contains current information on revenue potential, close probability, etc. for all prospects
  • Developing a solid understanding of the organizational strategies, solutions and services to help health plans benefit by implementing our solutions
  • Effectively partner within WholeHealth Living and other internal teams across Tivity Health to construct mutually aligned (client & business) sales proposals
  • Maintain leadership and accountability of the full sales process through contracting and implementation
  • Work collaboratively with our Chief Medical Officer to build relationships with health plans top medical decision makers













    Qualifications









    • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred, or relevant experience.
    • 8 or more years related sales experience with a proven record of successful growth contribution
    • 8+ years of selling services, solutions and/or products into the health plan market, with some of those sales having a long and complex sales cycles
    • Experience selling clinical solutions to organizations to manage Medicare Advantage risk improvement, Medicare Advantage STAR improvement, Commercial ACO performance improvement, Medical Cost Management, and other types of health plans
    • Understanding of utilization management, benefits administration, and regulatory/compliance needs.
    • Familiar with health plan medical economics
    • Understanding of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement and Commercial health plan regulatory environment impacting sales cycles & decisions
    • Proven and strong track record of building "C Suite" relationships, negotiating, closing contracts
    • Demonstrated experience exceeding sales activity, revenue, and profit goals
    • A foundation of executive level relationships to leverage
    • Significant experience in large, complex sales involving multiple decision makers and/or stakeholders
    • Relevant experience in "solution" vs. "product" sales, including ROI selling techniques
    • Experience with value based contracts
    • Proficient in SalesForce
