Overview

If so, you may want to consider joining our Safety and Security Team at K-LOVE & Air1.

This position will be located in our Studio in Franklin, TN working Monday-Friday. Your shift will begin at either 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM, CST.

As a Security Officer, you are the first point of contact with all guests. You will greet our visitors using your outstanding customer service skills, making them feel welcome, while following proper procedures to ensure the safety and protection of all EMF staff and property. You will communicate with our internal team members providing information, support, and occasionally escorting them to their car. You will spend time patrolling inside and outside of our buildings. You will be managing access control and surveillance systems within the ministries multiple locations. Your experience with writing detailed reports, possessing good organizational skills and the ability to make sound independent decisions will be key to your success.

Background and Experience We Are Looking For...

• Prior experience in a security assignment, dispatch center or similar.
• Trustworthy! We need trustworthy individuals responsible for granting and revoking access to multiple locations.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and exceptional customer service skills.
• Dependable, dependable, dependable!!
• Ability to work independently, make good decisions and awareness of when to escalate a situation.
• To be versatile, flexible, reliable, dependable, and bring value to an already well-respected team of security officers.
• Ability to walk and stand 70% of an 8-hour shift.
• Have experience working in a role where you had to maintain confidentiality.
• Overflowing with investigative and problem-solving skills.
