Signature Homes is currently seeking a Builder Superintendent in the Nashville, TN market. Candidate must have proactive problem-solving ability, high sense of urgency, be able to plan, set goals, and achieve results!

Job Responsibilities:
Drive quality, accuracy, and accountability through sub-contractors to confirm all work is completed according to Signature Homes standards
Assist with community appearance and maintenance
Utilize internal software / systems to maintain budgets and job schedules
As a high-volume pre-sale builder this position will be responsible for the accuracy, superior quality, timely schedule, and constructability of residential homes.
Skills / Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills
Exceptional time management skills
Knowledge of all phases of the construction process
Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
3-5 years of residential construction management experience is required
This person should maintain a positive and professional working relationship with customers, sub-contractors, and coworkers with a constant commitment of teamwork and exemplary customer service.
