Description: The Client Services Executive serves as the point of contact to assigned PHS clients for our Workers Compensation and Auto lines of service. This position focuses on the strategic partnership of the account, provides customer support, up-selling, technical assistance and general relation management. This position answers directly to the EVP of Client Services. Essential Job Functions

• Assign to manage identified Clients of PHS based on revenue generated
• Responsible for up-selling and expanding the relationship between the client and PHS.
• Continually work alongside assigned PHS Account Manager to assist in servicing Clients
• Responsible for coordination of all analysis request and presenting results
• Involved with internal PPO training meetings
• Responsible for ongoing communication with network development staff to ensure Client expectations are met
• Travels up to 50% of the time as directed and approved by the COO Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field of study from an accredited college or university and
  • 5-10 years of workers' compensation, group health, or auto liability market experience
  • 3-5 years of PPO, Bill Review or Specialty Network experience is preferred with an emphasis on Workers Compensation and Auto Competencies
    • Detailed focused and the ability to multi-task and adhere to established goals
    • Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment; flexible to meet business needs
    • Results driven team player
    • Ability to maintain confidential information as required
    • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
    • Superb organizational, problem solving, and time management skills
