Job Description:
Essential Job DutiesTo perform this job, an individual must
accomplish each essential function satisfactorily, with or without
a reasonable accommodation.

- Manages and administers all benefit programs including medical,
dental, vision, and supplemental insurance.
- Coordinates employee enrollment and eligibility for benefits,
including processing new hire enrollments, changes in coverage, and
terminations.
- Serves as a point of contact for employees, providing
information and assistance on benefit programs, policies, and
procedures.
- Communicates with insurance carriers, vendors, and third-party
administrators to resolve benefit-related issues and provide
accurate and timely processing of benefit claims.
- Ensures timeliness and accuracy of required reporting,
including but not limited to annual ACA reporting, FSA
Discrimination Testing, etc.
- Collaborates with Benefits Manager for annual open enrollment
process including coordination of timeline with vendors, brokers
and TPA's; delivering Open Enrollment information meetings; manage
communications, assist with enrollment questions, close process,
and audit for completion.
- Collaborates with other HR team members, payroll, finance, and
external vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing of
benefit-related data and payments.
- Participates in benefits program design and implementation,
including researching and evaluating benefit options, making
recommendations, and assisting with communication and roll-out
efforts.
- Ensures integrity and maintenance of benefits-related data in
HRIS systems and timely completion and submission of required
reporting.
- Stays updated on industry trends and best practices in employee
benefits administration and make recommendations for process
improvements and cost-effective benefit solutions.

proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and
Teams---Keeping "data first" mentality to advocate for data-driven
insights, decisions and strategies---Strong organizational skills
and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
and priorities---Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to effectively communicate complex benefits
information to employees at all levels---Excellent organizational
skills and the ability to work on multiple projects
simultaneously---Ability to work independently, as well as
collaborate with cross-functional teams---Strong analytical skills
and ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions---Handle
multiple priorities effectively---Independent discretion---Various
operating systems---Standard office equipment---Microsoft Suite
applications---Desktop, laptop and/or iPad---Bachelor's degree in
human resources, business administration or related field (or
equivalent experience)---Professional certifications in benefits
administration or related field---3-5 years of benefits
administration experience, including knowledge of employee benefits
