Job Summary:Client Service Associate is responsible for enhancing the client experience by servicing clients and providing operational support to Financial Advisors and NewEdge Wealth. As a Client Service Associate, you will interface with clients and prospective clients, anticipate their needs, resolve their problems, and follow through to provide exceptional service. This individual will also perform administrative duties to support our inspiring and collaborative team of 2 Financial Advisors in their daily business practices (e.g., client meetings, on-boarding new clients, marketing, etc.) and be the driver of firm initiatives.Duties/Responsibilities:Relationship ManagementEducate clients on account services and capabilities (e.g., how to read statements/confirms, how to use OnlineServices, paperless options, etc.)Collect appropriate documentation to set up new accounts and servicesLeverage various communication channels to keep in touch with clientsProcess account service requests and ensure appropriate documentationWealth StrategyGather financial profile data to support wealth strategy discussionsUse eMoney and other software to produce solution optionsInvestment SolutionsInput orders within appropriate system and complete associated paperwork, if registeredAs a registered representative, discern appropriate trade activity to compliment the portfolio strategy, and to raise funds for cashiering activitiesReview daily branch reports and alerts and process accordinglyAssist in the preparation ofPractice ManagementMaintain contact management systems with up-to-date key client informationProvide team with up-to-date calendar including daily, weekly, and monthly activitiesUnderstand risk awareness and regulatory knowledgeTalent ManagementProactively develop self to continuously improve knowledge, skills and credentialsCommunicate development needsAssist with on-boarding new members to the firmRequired Skills/Abilities:1-5 years of client service experienceSeries 7 and 66 licensed preferred or willingness to acquire a license while on the jobCollege Degree preferredExcellent skills in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with great attention to detailExcellent interpersonal skills, including being polished, courteous, professional, and patientAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPossesses exceptional multi-tasking skills and strong time-managementExperience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
