Job Description:

plumbing and electrical for large and small commercial projects

teammates.Summary of Job: To work with Engineers and managers to
design plumbing and mechanical systems and to produce Revit BIM
models and/or CAD drawings for both spatial coordination for
manufacturing, installation by the construction group, and support
for all the other divisions of the company in any coordination or
CAD (Computer Aided Drafting) requirements.Education and
Experience:
- Technical design training
- 3 or more years experience with mechanical or plumbing CAD
design and/or BIM field coordination experience
- Well versed in construction based mechanical design software,
specifically AutoCAD and Autodesk Fabrication CADMEP
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication CADMEP, Autodesk
Revit, Autodesk Navisworks or any other BIM software is a plus
- A working familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office
Suite products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and ability to
be trained in use of the Company-specific applications and
software
- Appropriate field experienceSkills and Abilities Required:
- Competencies of a BIM Designer I
- Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret technical
literature/writing and plans
- Ability to define problems, access options and make appropriate
recommendations
- Self-driven desire to learn and grow in competency
- Good self-management and organizational skills

solutions
- Ability to perform well and meet expectations in a fast-paced
