Answers phone calls and assists members with tee times, dining reservations and other needs. Assists server and Food & Beverage team with watering, clearing, and general service needs. This position is 20-24 hours per week, 10:00AM to 3:00PM, Tuesday-Friday.Essential Duties:Meets and greets all visitors to club with a sincere welcoming attitudeAnswers incoming telephone calls, forwards call to the appropriate party, or takes a messagePerforms host duties during lunch serviceHandles all to-go ordersAssists F&B service team with watering tables, clearing and event setupBooks tee times and dining reservations for membersAssists members with other reservation and community informationRegular and reliable attendancePerforms other duties as requiredEducation/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability PreferencesService HeartPrior customer service experience preferredHigh comfort level with being on feetAbility to read and speak English required in order to perform the duties of the jobKnowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Company OverviewSouthern Land Company believes that community is the heart of every successful development project.
