Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY:The Systems Engineer, Identity & Access
Management, reports to the Manager of Identity & Access Management
Engineering and supports the management of user access and security
administration for LifePoint. This role focuses on ensuring secure
access for employees, vendors, contractors, and external users,
with involvement in access lifecycle management for Active
Directory integrated systems. The engineer collaborates on access
request workflows to maintain a secure environment for healthcare
operations.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job, an individual
must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without
reasonable accommodation. - Collaborate with application owners and
infrastructure teams to align access tools and processes with
design and controls.Evaluate and enhance user access control
processes in line with best practices and company policies.Manage
day to day operations for tools and systems that are a part of the
LifePoint Health Identity and Access Management program. Example
technologies include Delinea Secret Server, BeyondTrust Privileged
Access Management, One Identity Active Roles and Quest Migration
Manager, Okta Universal Directory, Microsoft 365(Azure Active
Directory, Azure Active Directory Connect, SAML federation, Azure
Cloud MFA), Active Directory (Group Policy, DHCP, DNS,
etc.).Maintain documentation and procedures for identity
systems.Assist in troubleshooting access issues and identity
integrations.Contribute to identity integration with cloud
providers.Collaborate with technical teams across Infrastructure
Services, Information Security, and the business.Regular and
reliable attendance.Perform other duties as assigned.Additional

air.Education: University (Degree) Preferred or equivalent
experience. - Experience: 3 or more years of information technology
experience; Experience with at least one of the following identity
management platforms; Active Directory, Azure Active Directory,
OktaCertifications: Both general and technical security and related
