best work.SMThe Community Engagement Coordinator role is
responsible for functions in the areas of both member and provider
outreach and engagement.-- Those in this role should be able to
coordinate and complete multiple projects across various functional
areas.-- To properly execute this role, they must demonstrate a
professional level of verbal and written communication skills,
strong organizational skills, and proficiency in utilizing
Microsoft Office software.-- Responsibilities include identifying
and attending member engagement events with a goal of educating
existing and potential members on the importance of preventive
care.--If you are located in Brentwood, TN, you will enjoy the
flexibility to telecommute* as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan, prioritize, organize, and complete work to meet
established timelines and goals
- Coordinate, prepare, format, and/or integrate information
needed to complete provider-based screening campaigns to address
open gaps in care (e.g., request forms, invitations, and outreach
lists), working to ensure that all information is appropriate to
the audience, complete/accurate, and compliant (e.g., with
external/internal regulations and protocols)--
- Coordinate all campaign mailings, associated invoices, proofs
and confirmations with the Enterprise Sourcing & Procurement
contact
- Identify and evaluate community-based engagement opportunities
that align with our overall outreach strategy for potential
impact
- Schedule, coordinate and attend community-based engagement
events
- Process all warehouse material request for the Community
Engagement team in a timely manner
- Create Population Health specific article content for quarterly
member newsletters
- Provide input and support for special projects, regulatory
reports, and audits (e.g., performance improvement projects, Annual
Quality Survey, and medical record reviews)
- Work cross functionally and coordinate with others internally
or externally to gather information; overcome challenges to
obtaining needed information
- Identify and resolve operational issues using defined
processes, expertise, and judgment
- Adhere to applicable internal and external/governmental
guidelines and requirements (e.g., legal, regulatory
compliance)
- Perform other related functions as assignedYou'll be rewarded

you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate Degree OR 4+ years of experience interacting with
the general public in a professional setting--
- Must live in the state of Tennessee, specifically in the Middle
TN region--
- 2+ years of member or provider engagement experience--
- 1+ years of experience with Medicare and/or Medicaid--
- Intermediate (or higher) level of proficiency with Microsoft
Office (PowerPoint, Word, & Excel) including the ability to edit,
create, save and send spreadsheets and documents--
- Must be able to travel within the assigned territory and work
evenings & weekends, when required (-25% of the time)--
- The ability to lift up to 50 poundsPreferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven experience influencing and collaborating
with others--
- Understanding of applicable business departments' operations,
drivers, and/or procedures
- Understanding of fundamental health-care related terminology,
programs, and/or services----Soft Skills:--
- Ability to self-direct work with strong problem-solving
skills--
- Ability to multitask and prioritize--

- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building

- Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when
