Transportation Center located in Nashville,
TN!Responsibilities:Requirements:The primary responsibility will be
to coach and mentor their assigned staffWorking in a team
environment to planning and supervising the operationsIdentify and
communicate clear expectations for direct reportsRemove obstacles
in the way of achieving results and establish a sense of
urgencyComplete performance reviews and provide feedbackDevelop
processes and improve initiativesCommunicate with other departments
internally and externallyResponsible for regular reportingBachelor
s degree preferred2+ years
experience in a logistics environmentAbility to lead and coach
othersProficient in Microsoft officeGeneral knowledge of financial
conceptsAbility to travel (25%)Flexible work schedule
