  • Provide phone support to customers and resolve their issues

    ---- Enter data into a system accurately and efficiently
    ---- Escalate calls to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary
    ---- Log tickets for each call and follow up on the status
    Be available to take calls and emails using Zendesk and respond promptly

    Skills and Requirements

    • Bilingual in Spanish

      ---- Zendesk Phone Support experience (must be recent experience and proficient)
      ---- 3+ years Data Entry experience or Call Center Experience (multitasking - taking information over the phone and entering into a system)
      ---- Bachelor's degree preferred or Highschool diploma + 3 year's relevant work experience
      ---- Experience with reviewing documents/eligibility information/claims experience
      ---- Excel experience
      ---- Active listening skills and great communication
      ---- Attention to detail and organizational skills
      ---- Reliable
      Experience working in a remote or hybrid setting - self sufficient - Experience with SharePoint
      Human Services or government background null
