Job Title: Mission Partner Integration SME -5749Job Location: Huntsville, AL, 35808Job Salary: $185,000-$200,000Job SummaryGalapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Mission Integrator SME to join our team in Huntsville, Alabama.This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a skilled, mission-focused team supporting national security initiatives across the Air, Space, and Cyberspace Domains.The Mission Integrator SME will provide expert system integration support while building strategic relationships with leadership across key National Security Space (NSS) partners.Responsibilities include leading coordination meetings, preparing high-level briefings, supporting trade studies, CONOPS development, and defining technical and operational requirements. The role also involves developing interoperable architectures to integrate advanced, space-based systems.Candidates must demonstrate a professional presence and proven ability to collaborate with senior military and civil service leaders, particularly at the O-5/O-6 and NH-4 levels.Compensation Minimum: $185,000Compensation Maximum: $200,000Skills / Experience RequiredSecurity Clearance: Active Top Secret; SCI Eligible; SAP Accessible

• Over 10 years of hands-on experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) with extensive expertise in multi-domain operations
• Consults with clients to define mission objectives, lead studies, and analyze complex data to develop strategic, actionable solutions
• Conducts operational research and integrates data into high-quality, decision-ready insights that support mission effectiveness
• Prepares and delivers clear, executive-level presentations and reports for senior military and government leadership
• Demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills for effective collaboration across all leadership levels
• Provides expert system integration support across Air, Space, and Cyberspace Domains
• Builds and maintains trusted relationships with key stakeholders in National Security Space and across DoD organizations
• Leads recurring integration and strategy meetings, ensuring alignment on requirements and timely execution of action items
• Proficient in risk management and safeguarding of classified information in accordance with security protocols
• Operates independently while collaborating seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams and senior leadership
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on fostering innovation, teamwork, and high-performance environmentEducation / Certifications
  • Master of Arts (MA), Master of Science, or Master of Engineering (ME) degree in a related field
