role, you'll learn to guide a team and oversee all aspects of our
AT&T marketing campaigns and client relationships—all while
helping clients grow their businesses. We need someone who
communicates well, understands people, and can anticipate our
clients' needs to help them achieve their goals. As a Manager in
Training, you'll support senior leadership by: Connecting with
clients to build trust and long-term partnerships. Offering
guidance to both clients and your fellow team members.
Understanding and addressing client needs, both now and in the
future. Leading productive and engaging client meetings. Providing
ongoing value and support to our clients. Working to keep our
clients happy and help them grow, which also grows our success.
Helping to make sure our marketing projects are top-notch. Guiding
and supporting our team members in their daily tasks. Encouraging
and helping your team members learn and advance in their careers.
Being responsible for the financial success of your area and team.
Sharing your ideas with every Manager in Training and helping to
shape the future of our team and company.
