Description:
The Solutions Consultant reports to the VP of Product Development and serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the Prime Health Services' (PHS) Product Management team. This position is charged with providing the team the necessary resources to ensure services (emphasis on Bill Review) are delivered effectively, efficiently, and timely. The collaboration with the Product Management team is essential to maximize productivity and to adhere to stated/defined goals and objectives.

Essential Job Functions
Maintains all Bill Review product related content in collaboration with Sales and Marketing
Performs regular audits of Bill Review pricing results to ensure accuracy and quality
Communicates with Product Development, Product Management and Clients as the SME regarding all Bill Review workflows and Client workflow customizations
Ensures Service Center deliverables, associated with Bill Review and Adjuster role requirements, are matched to Client standards
Participates in the development of the Service Center model to integrate Bill Review as a full service product offering
Develops/updates product training materials related to Bill Review and delivers Bill Review product training and demonstrations to prospective Clients, active Clients, as well as to internal departments as needed
Ensures deadlines are met for all assignments and plans and facilitates meetings as needed
Maintains working knowledge of market trends and tools, specifically related to Bill Review
Provides consistent feedback related to furthering innovative solutions for PHS Clients and internal departments
Communicates effectively and timely with members of PHS management staff

Requirements:
Education and Experience Requirements
Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management, or related field of study from an accredited college or university and 2 years of Bill Review experience;
6 + years of direct Bill Review work experience serving in a similar position may be substituted for the college/university degree requirement
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience working in a deadline driven customer focused environment

Physical Requirements
This is a largely sedentary role, however while performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Some light lifting may be required (i.e. the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing on a stool as necessary).
