Outpatient Imaging Affiliates (OIA) - a company that partners with the nation's leading health systems to bring convenient and high-quality imaging to communities across the country - is seeking a high-performing, energetic and collaborative individual to join our team as a business development analyst.This position is located outside of Nashville in Franklin, TN (Cool Springs), and is eligible for 50% remote/work-from-home after the first 90 days. Training and weekly meetings may take place at our corporate office; therefore, candidate must live within commuting distance to Franklin, TN.Working in collaboration with the rest of the BD team, the the Business Development Analyst will function in a vital role helping to support company growth. Candidate should have strong analytical, presentation and communication skills and can leverage those skills to explore markets and opportunities for growth.Primary responsibilities will include the following:Conduct analyses on markets to determine attractiveness for expansion opportunities, utilizing various data and analytical tools (Definitive Healthcare, Buxton Scout).Prepare detailed market analysis reports that can be shared with OIA leadership, existing partners and new prospects. Candidate will be involved in the presentation of such findings. Manage and run analytic pipeline reports using OIA CRM software platform as well as input from BD team.Head in-market growth initiatives with proactive market analysis.Assist in the creation of new business development collateral.Support operations, sales and marketing teams, as needed.Other tasks and challenges as may be presented in the future.Our Commitment to You:At OIA, we foster a culture where our team is encouraged daily to make a difference for our patients, our partners and themselves.
