This includes conceptual/schematic estimating, negotiated, and competitive bid estimates interfacing with project managers and all support teams, as well as client relations to achieve precise and accurate estimates.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesPrepares commercial estimates per bid procedure including quantity take-off of self-perform and subcontract items.Prepares subcontractor trade packages & scopes of work.Reviews all plans, specifications, and Owner requirements.Prepares bid proposals, including cost breakdown, clarifications, scope, and exclusions.Processes and distribute all R.F.I.s and addenda during pricing.Prepares subcontract takeoffs for various trades.Provides value engineering ideas, pricing, and documentation.Prepares subcontractor comparison sheets for evaluation.Prepare Owner / PM bid books.Prepare call list and follow up for coverage.Support Preconstruction Manager, Preconstruction Specialists, and Preconstruction Roundtable.Maintain positive client/subcontractor relationships.This job is safety sensitive for medical marijuana purposes.All other tasks as assigned.Interested in hearing more?
