Job Description:
Helpful by nature, with a watchful eye, you're happiest in

attending. You enjoy tidying up and making sure everything's in its
place. You pitch in to help housekeeping and attend to guest needs.
You ensure the safety and security for our team and our guests. You
use your wits and technical abilities to solve problems and make
repairs effectively and efficiently. If you're ready for a change

As Overnight Maintenance, you will:
-Take regular action to keep guest room and all public areas fully
operable and safe for our guests and team members.
-Respond to emergency situations, including but not limited to,
safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies.
-Clean and paint all hotel space as needed.
-Be graciously attentive to guests, answering questions and getting
additional help when it's needed.
-Proficient in the use of basic hand and electric tools;
familiarity with parts and materials.
-Writes reports and ensures accuracy of necessary documentation as
needed.
-Use of ladders and climbing equipment will be required.
-Assist with housekeeping to ensure lobby, public restrooms and
outdoor seating are clean and well kept. Benefits
