Description
Blk Out Transport is a rapidly growing family owned and operated trucking company located in Franklin Park, IL.
Looking for a PM Dispatcher and Operations Specialist who will assist morning dispatchers in analyzing the end of day dispatch plans. Making necessary changes while communicating details and confirming the dispatch plan for the next day. This position will be a blend of dispatch and operations. Ability to adjust to last minute changes and communicate effectively.
Responsibilities

Assigning drivers pickups/deliveries.
Tracking drivers and providing updates to customers and warehouse.
Adjusting routes for next day P&D.
Entering pickups/deliveries in the system.
Tracking shipments ETA via carrier portals. Requirements
- Excellent work ethic and attendance
- Ability to multitask with a sense of urgency
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software is a plus
