Schneider Electric is looking for an Security Service TechnicianWe are looking for an experienced Security Service Techncian that has 3 plus years' experience and has obtained broad knowledge through extensive work experience in relevant role(s) in Services as a Field Service Technician. The work focuses on configuring, calibrating, and repairing technical products and systems at customer field locations including: - -Performing a variety of maintenance and technical support on installed products and equipment remote or on site. - - -Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving malfunctions - - -Determining when products should be upgraded or replaced - - -Respond to On Demand service calls. - -Participation in after-hours on call rotation when appropriate - - -May provide onsite training for customer support personnel - -Familiarity with relevant industry standards and best practices -Requires broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or specific technical education. May require the following proficiency: - -Works under limited supervision for routine situations. - -Provides assistance -and training to other employees. - - -Problems typically are not routine and require analysis to understand. - -Execute maintenance and repair on customer installed base, in a specific delimited know-howRequirements: - -CCTV Knowledge and Experience - -Networking and device protocol networking experience - -Installation and servicing of commercial access control systems. - -Experience with commercial and industrial customer sites - -Strong troubleshooting skills - -Continuum a plus but not required. - -Schneider Electrics Access & Security Expert a plus but not required. - -Avigilon, Vista, -Pelco, Genetec or Milestone a plus - -Software House - -EcoStruxure Experience a plus -#L1-KJ1 Schneider Electric offers a robust benefits package to support our employees such as flexible work arrangements, paid family leave,---401(k)+ match, and more.
