Kelly Services is actively seeking a Digital Analyst - Interactive Marketing for Nissan at their Franklin, TN location.

Digital Analyst - Interactive Marketing
--- Experience 5+ years overall experience preferred including: 3+ years industry experience: Management Consulting, Marketing, Advertising or Agency experience.
--- Experience in program measurement online and/or offline test design and predictive modeling a plus.
--- Experience in Digital Analytics including hands on expertise with Adobe Analytics Advanced feature sets Website, Online Advertising and/or Search Marketing, Test and Targeting
--- Bachelor's Degree minimum: Business Economics, Marketing, Computer Sciences or quantitative field Math, Statistics or Arts and Science background acceptable with applicable skills.
--- Presentation Skills a must - will be required to present to Executive Management
--- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prepare clear and concise client-ready documents.
--- Agency Analytic Department Oversight- ability to piece out and manage delivery of multiple projects/timelines
--- Individual Strength: Data Manipulation, pulling, consolidations, and analysis
--- Strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, demonstrate empathy and commitment to our internal clients.
--- Some travel will be required
Describe the principle, core primary tasks that a person in this position performs on a daily, weekly, monthly or annual basis?
--- Manage and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly website data reports as well as ad hoc requests with a focus on providing actionable and relevant data stories
--- Creation of website data reports to fill stakeholder info gaps and to improve analytic insights and opportunities
--- Website metric forecasting and metric monitoring
--- Measure website metrics against campaign efforts and correlate trend analysis with O2O programs and external surveys.
--- Support Business Intelligence Requests from executives and report outs for PRM
--- Manage implementation of regional reporting structure and input into integrated database tool
--- Consult with regional reporting team to ensure consistent metric report output
--- Define and audit website KPIs and KBAs reports to ensure alignment across departments and agency partners
--- Support other departments for their dependencies on routine reporting metrics by developing visualizations Tableau, creating/scheduling Adobe automated reports or develop automated data feeds.
--- Ability to determine needs to applicable solution.
--- Provide analytic insights on website creative updates and optimizations
--- Coordinate with other business department to develop support plans for campaigns and promotions including the definition of KPI goals for pre-launch and other specialty campaigns
--- Plan with team on new global platform optimizations
--- Work with agency partners on reporting metrics and tag framework for alignment
--- Engage with internal departments to map customer journey conversion through the sales process with a focus on optimizing website contribution to sale
--- Coordinate scheduling and lead weekly executive meeting between various departments and agencies for reporting out website metrics.
--- W2/ HOURLY PAY RATE: Open (based upon experience and qualifications)
--- There is no "per diem" with this position
--- There is no relocation budgeted for this position. If this position requires you to relocate you will be responsible for those costs.
